*If you have purchased any Pampers Premium Protection New Baby Nappies, Pampers Premium Protection Nappies, Baby-Dry Nappy Pants, Pampers Baby-Dry Nappies, Pampers Premium Protection Nappy Pants, or Ninjamas Pyjama Pants product from a participating retailer between 00:01 a.m. on 1st July 2024 and 23:59 p.m. on 30th June 2025 and have not loved it, we will refund the purchase price provided you apply within 30 days of purchase and no later than 30 days following the offer closing date of 23:59 p.m. on 30th June 2025. Please note; proof of purchase is required and the offer is limited to a single application per household, and to the maximum quantity of qualifying packs as stated below.
Terms and conditions
1. This offer is open to all residents in the UK and ROI aged 18 years and over.
2. The offer is limited to a single application per household over the period of the promotion, which runs from 00:01 a.m. on 1st July 2024 and 23:59 p.m. on 30th June 2025. No bulk or third party applications will be accepted.
3. Offer limited to any Pampers Premium Protection New Baby Nappies, Pampers Premium Protection Nappies, Pampers Baby-Dry Nappy Pants, Pampers Baby-Dry Nappies, Pampers Premium Protection Nappy Pants, or Ninjamas Pyjama Pants.
4. The product must be purchased from a retailer located in the UK or ROI and the value on the receipt must be listed in GBP (£) or EUR (€).
To claim; print off and complete the Money Back Guarantee claim form at moneyback.pampers.co.uk and return to the address listed below with your proof of purchase (till receipt or online order confirmation). You DO NOT need to return the product. Returns to be made to the address below within 30 days of purchase.

1. Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and no later than 30 days following the offer closing date of 23:59 p.m. on 30th June 2025. Applications received later than 30 days following the 30th June 2025 will be rejected.
2. Incomplete, mis-directed or late submissions will not be accepted. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed returns and /or their contents
3. The qualifying Pampers Premium Protection New Baby Nappies, Pampers Premium Protection Nappies, Pampers Baby-Dry Nappy Pants, Pampers Baby-Dry Nappies, Pampers Premium Protection Nappy Pants, or Ninjamas Pyjama Pants product must appear on the receipt/online order confirmation. If the product is not detailed on the receipt or the applicant does not have a receipt, the application will not be processed
4. The Promoter will refund the actual purchase price paid for a maximum of two qualifying Pampers Premium Protection New Baby Nappies, Pampers Premium Protection Nappies, Pampers Baby-Dry Nappy Pants, Pampers Baby-Dry Nappies, Pampers Premium Protection Nappy Pants, or Ninjamas Pyjama Pants Carry Pack, Essential Pack or Jumbo+ Pack products purchased, as evidenced by the receipt. All products need to be purchased in one transaction and listed on the same receipt OR a maximum of one qualifying Pampers Premium Protection New Baby Nappies, Pampers Premium Protection Nappies, Pampers Baby-Dry Nappy Pants, Pampers Baby-Dry Nappies, Pampers Premium Protection Nappy Pants Monthly Pack (nappy count 117+), or Ninjamas Pyjama Pants Saving Pack (count 54+), as evidenced by the receipt. A cheque to that value will be sent to the name and address supplied; please allow 28 days for your cheque to arrive after submission of your proof of purchase and returned product.
5. The refund amount does not include any postage costs.
6. This does not affect your statutory rights.
